  • Shipping Rates

    Order 6 – 11 bottles for flat rate shipping and 12+ bottles for free shipping.  Shipping rates only apply to single orders made at the same time. 

  • 21 and Older to Recieve Wine Shipment

    When shipping, be sure to send the wines to a location where someone 21 or older is available to receive the wines on the first delivery attempt. The carrier policy will apply if someone 21 or older is not available to ship. Consider shipping to a workplace or alternate location if someone is not available at the primary shipping address. 

  • When My Will Wine Ship?

    Wines will be shipped UPS ground. Wines ordered Monday – Thursday are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Wines ordered Friday through Sunday are shipping the following Monday to avoid wines sitting in transfer locations during hot or cold months.  

  • Confirmation and Tracking

    Emails will be sent when your payment is confirmed and when fulfillment of the order occurs. Included in the shipping email is the UPS tracking number. This tracking information will be updated when UPS has possession of the package and flows through the UPS system.

  • Where Can We Ship?

    Because someone 21+ must sign for the shipment, wine cannot be shipped to a PO Box. We recommend using your daytime address to ensure someone is around to sign for the shipment.

    Currently we do NOT ship outside the US, nor do we ship to the following states: AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, MS, RI, UT 

  • Can I return a damaged wine?

    We do our utmost to ensure all wines are store at the proper temperature and handled with care. However if a wine is flawed when you receive it, contact us to receive a replacement wine or store credit.

  • Can I cancel the wine club at any time?

    Yes, you may cancel at any time up to when you are billed. Once you have been billed for a cycle, you are committed to that shipment.
