Wow! Just, wow! Rest assured, this ain't your granny's Riesling, all sappy-sweet and syrupy. No Ma'am/Sir! This is a fine example of an exquisite Riesling, clean, dry and delicious. We taste honeydew melon, a touch of stone fruit and some perky minerals to keep the party going long after Last Call.

Pair this bright riesling with our fan-favorite grilled brie.

Winery Description

  • One of our favorite things about the Oregon wine industry is that the vast majority of people in it are down-to-earth, really nice, and really good. Tom and France Fitzpatrick are perfect examples of this, and we love to visit them at their modern, quaint tasting room overlooking the beautiful, L.I.V.E.* certified vineyards!

After graduating from UC Davis, Tom, owner and winemaker of Elevée Winegrowers, traveled the world (Burgundy, Napa, New Zealand) to hone his skills in winemaking. In 2007, and his wife, France, landed in the Willamette Valley of Oregon, and Tom went on to make wine at Hamacher, then Alloro Vineyard (he remains as the GM and Winemaker of Alloro). In 2008, the couple purchased a killer, south-facing 4-acre vineyard in the Dundee Hills of the Willamette Valley from the iconic Archery Summit Winery (which has historically produced some of the state's finest Pinot Noirs).

Currently the Fitzpatricks are turning out stunning small lot Rieslings, Rosés, and Pinot Noirs from their own vineyard in the Dundee Hills AVA, and other stellar vineyards from surrounding AVAs, with a focus on letting the purity of the fruit come through in the glass, and "allowing each wine to express the unique personality of each site and distinct influence of vintage."

Total production hovers around 1,200 cases per year.
