Silky-smooth and lush, with generous dark fruit, a bit of oak, and a touch of black olive in the middle, and the perfect amount of lift from the playful minerality from the starting gate to the finish line. We think the vineyard’s proximity to the coast (1.5 miles) brings a distinct freshness to the glass. Only 10 barrels made!

Pair this wine with Crostini and Black Olive Tapenade or grilled meat.

Winery Description

  • This boutique winery was started in 2017 in California’s Central Coast area by husband-and-wife team Deron and Sarah Brewer, with Sarah’s brother, Jeff Huskey, as their winemaker.
    With a total case production at just under 2,000 each year, their goal of creating beautiful wines and an incredible tasting room experience—sparing no expense along the way--has come to fruition. The wines are fantastic, and the tasting room officially opened mid-summer 2021 in downtown SLO (San Luis Obispo).
    Tapping into the best fruit sources in the area, Jeff (who graduated from Cal Poly SLO’s Wine & Viticulture program) meticulously watches over every barrel like a doting new papa over his newborn baby. He handles all aspects of the winemaking process alone, and the resulting wines show his careful attention to detail with flying colors! We can’t wait for you to try them.
    This is a winery to watch!
