Winery Description

  • Trium comes from Latin for “of three” and the winery was founded in 2004 by three vineyard owner couples with a vision of fine wine farmed with wisdom and care, in collaboration with great winemakers, to best express the potential of Southern Oregon.

In 2017, the winery was sold to current vintner/owner, Anthony Corallo, a longtime resident of Ashland, Oregon, and, along with soon-to-be partner, Carmen Munoz, he has carried the torch proudly since then!

Born and raised in California’s vine-covered Sierra Foothills, Winemaker, Chris Graves developed an early fascination with winemaking, and by age 16, he knew it would be his career. He graduated from the UC Davis Viticulture & Enology program in 2004, and eventually became a winemaker for Wente Vineyards, in California.

After starting Ruby Hill Winery and Rubino Estates Winery, in California, Chris relocated with his family to the Ashland area in 2014, where he is now the winemaker at Naumes Crush and Fermentation. Here he oversees all winemaking, winery operations, client relations and support services.

Trium continues to source all of the grapes for their wines from the three families that founded the winery. Those sources are Pheasant Hill Vineyard, Naumes Family Vineyard, and Gold Vineryard.

At about 1,500 cases made annually, we considered Trium a boutique winery!
